Hey, just finished a design incorporating 3D letters into Photoshop and texturing there. The result is definitely a cool look I think. Let me know what you think.

Great design dude. I think the 3D text and background work very very well together, and the shape and texture of the text is great as well. I'm not sure about the white florals/birds/splatters in the midground though. If the white objects were gone, there would be a considerable amount of negative space in middle third of the image, so I can totally see why you put them in, but i'm not sure that they flow with the rest of the design. But hey like I said I think its a great design, it feels fresh, like a step away from the gritty dirty text that everyone uses right now.
