Better Encoding Process and a New Player

Maybe I'm a bit behind the times, but I never checked this out because I assumed it was subscription based or required "coding" knowledge. Regardless, you should check out blip.tv

what did you make that with?

The video or the player?

Well, the video was made with C4D, AE, and FCP. The globe was made with C4D, background for globe and film grain in AE, and video edited in FCP.

As for the player, blip.tv. It allows you to encode your own flash version, and that's what they use. So you control the encoding. You can also customize the player fairly extensively and brand it with your info.

Hope that answers your question.
